Block & Drum – Venue Use Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

Block & Drum is a creative space built for music, spirits, art, and community. We curate unique experiences and take pride in the energy we bring to Atlanta’s cultural landscape. To ensure every gathering aligns with our vision, all use of the space is subject to the following policies:

1. Event Authorization
  • All events—public, private, or ticketed—must be approved in writing by our team at Block & Drum.
  • No individual or group may sell tickets, promote, or host an event using our venue or name without a signed agreement through BlockandDrum.com or direct communication with our team.
  • Unauthorized use of our space may result in cancellation, denial of entry, or legal recourse.

2. Conflicts with Scheduled Programming
  • Events that conflict with existing programming at Block & Drum will not be permitted.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or deny any event that overlaps with our official schedule or interferes with operations and brand integrity.

3. Ticketed Events & Promotions
  • All ticketed events must go through a formal approval process and require a separate agreement.
  • Any use of the Block & Drum name, logo, or branding in promotional materials must be cleared by our team in advance.

4. Collaboration & Partnerships
  • We love working with creatives, curators, and community builders. If you’re interested in partnering, reach out with your proposal—just make sure we’re aligned before anything goes live.
  • Inquiries can be submitted via events@blockanddrum.com.

5. Enforcement
  • Events held without approval may be removed from public listings, denied access to the venue, and flagged for legal action.
  • Repeat violations may result in permanent loss of booking privileges.

Let’s collaborate the right way.
Have a great idea? Let’s talk first. We’re all about collaboration—but only when it’s built on respect and shared vision.
